The Beginning...
Established in 1976, Rosa Agency is now entering our 46th successful year of serving the public's real estate needs in Northern New Jersey. Rosa Agency success story starts in an office that was a converted 2 car garage in the predominant Portuguese section of the Ironbound section of Newark. We have now grown to 5 local and independently owned and operated real estate offices. Our Broker/Owners take an active role in managing day to day operations and we have the best Realtors & support staff to get the job done right the first time.
Rosa Agency is not your typical corporate franchise broker who are governed by upper and middle management who are more concerned about the bottom line than the people they serve. Rosa Agency prides itself as being professional and down to earth hardworking Realtors who know & live in the community.
Our award winning Realtors are among the top producers in New Jersey and are recognized by various publications and media companies for serving all real estate markets, including single and multi-family homes, rentals, property management and commercial properties.
Message from the Owner...
What is it like to become a real estate agent?
One of the first decisions you will need to make is whether to do it full time or part time. Both will require you to learn many things like how to manage your time effectively, improve your communication skills, learn how to negotiate on behalf of your clients and understand technology which can help you meet your goals.
What are your goals?
Are you where you want to be in life? Selling real estate is a sales job. We work on a commission basis. You can make as much money as you want (I won't stop you!). If you are willing to put in the time and effort, you will absolutely succeed in real estate AND life. It will take time to learn the real estate business. In fact, things change every day so we are all learning new things every day.
My job is to help you learn and be successful. Are you ready to get started and have a successful real estate career?
Let's do it together.
